Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and 333kok ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 333kok website, mobile interface, gaming products, sportsbook, cashier services, and all associated features accessible via https://333kok.app and its subdomains.

Your continued use of the 333kok platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Account Registration and Security

• All activity conducted through your account — including any bets placed and deposits made — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you.

Deposits and Withdrawals

333kok operates a BDT-native cashier designed specifically for Bangladeshi players. All account balances are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via mobile financial services and card payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount will be displayed within the cashier section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.

Bonuses and Promotions

333kok offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. • Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion between players, the use of automated betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk, or the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Seasonal and promotional offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published with each campaign.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 333kok platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the product category in question — sportsbook, live casino, slots, or instant games. These product-specific rules are accessible within each respective section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review the details of any wager — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming. 333kok does not accept requests to amend or cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances explicitly covered by the relevant product rules.
• In the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or data feed failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game, 333kok reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical fault are not payable.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet slip is submitted and confirmed are the odds that will apply to your wager.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended or closed at any time in the interest of integrity or market management. Any bet placed on a suspended market will be voided and the stake returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 333kok platform. 333kok reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent banning — against any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities.

• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate deposit transaction after using the deposited funds on the platform.
• Allowing or facilitating any third party to use your account, or acting as an agent placing bets on behalf of another person.

Account Suspension and Closure

333kok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The circumstances under which such action may be taken include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within the required timeframe.
• Persistent or sustained abusive behaviour toward platform staff or other players.
• A reasonable basis to believe that the account is being operated by a person under the age of 18.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal in respect of any deposit transaction.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder through the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following identity verification.

Limitation of Liability

• 333kok shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of the basis of the claim.
• 333kok's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 333kok is not responsible for losses arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government action, internet service disruptions, power outages, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries an inherent risk of financial loss, and that 333kok is not liable for any gambling losses you incur while using the platform in accordance with these Terms.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

333kok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, changes in platform features or products, regulatory guidance, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, 333kok will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 333kok platform following the posting of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 8.

333kok will make reasonable efforts to notify active players of significant changes via the platform's internal notification system or via the registered email address associated with their account. However, the absence of such a notification does not affect the validity or binding effect of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable legal framework in the jurisdiction in which 333kok operates.
